Herceghalom Granary

Herceghalom is a small agricultural village some 30 kms by car from the downtown of Budapest. Beside the Herceghalom water tower the granary is the most important industrial heritage of the village. The granary was built in 1874. Its exterior walls are plastered and have small windows with green wooden shutters. The 4-storey building has two storeys in the roof level, and its entire inner structure (including timber floors, stairs) are made from wood.
